Shira Diem, LMP

I am a licensed Massage Practitioner and have been involved in the healing arts for over 20 years.  It is my passion to use bodywork as a tool of transformation.  My goal is to assist others in their pursuit of physical comfort and to empower them on a path of wellness. Each session is intuitively tailored to your unique expression of where your body is holding tension with a goal of creating balance and vitality.

My Story

Touch is one of the oldest forms of healing. Receiving therapeutic bodywork can transform your physical health, restore mental and emotional balance, and increase the joy of living. I believe that within every body, there is infinite wisdom and healing abilities. It is my honor to guide you into greater awareness of your body and the messages it has to share.

I have advanced training in Craniosacral Therapy, Shiatsu/Acupressure, Injury Treatment and Medical Massage, Myofascial Release, Structural Integration, Visceral Manipulation, Reiki, Pranic Healing, Sound Healing, and Shamanic techniques. I graduated from The Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy, received a BA in Sociology from the University of Michigan, worked as a birth Doula, and am currently based in Seattle.
